24/7 Caregiving
When every day activities become too difficult to manage by ourselves, we often need our family and loved ones to chip in. Gentle Caring Home provides the support required to carry on with dignity, with the same love and care a family member would provide. This support includes 24/7 Caregiving and Emergency Care services. This care includes assistance with: ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), bathing, grooming, laundry, medications, and supplements. Our caregivers pride themselves on making your family member(s) feel loved and emotionally supported. Encouragement of daily activities, social interaction, and mental stimulation are important aspects of our staff's daily agenda.
Housekeeping, Laundry, & More
Our staff's responsibility to maintain a clean and orderly home will help your loved one feel well taken care of in a tidy and sanitary environment. Common areas, personal rooms, bathrooms, and all other parts of the home will be cleaned and maintained regularly. We pride ourselves in our residents receiving an orderly and luxurious experience in their new home.
24/7 On-Call Nurse
The facility Administrators of Gentle Caring Home are a Skilled Nurse and Physical Therapy Assistant who are either on-site or available on call 24/7 to address any resident needs or emergencies. We also have contracts with local Home Health, Hospice, Pharmacy, and Transportation Agencies if any specific needs arise. Your loved one's medical condition and health are our number one priority at Gentle Caring Home and our team will make sure that any medical needs or concerns are addressed immediately and that you are notified.
Meal Preparation
By the time many of our community members arrive at Gentle Caring Home, most require some degree of health and wellbeing monitoring. Our Elder Care Community provides complimentary and customizable Meal Preparation services for everyone. By catering to the personal needs of each and everyone here, we hope to make Gentle Caring Home feel like home and satisfy the nutritional needs of everyone in the process.
